1) How long do I need to wait for my PC?
- Most of the time, we are able to deliver the PC the next working day. For more complicated builds, it might take us at most 3 days. Do drop us a message with the specifications you have chosen and we will be able to give you a more accurate delivery date!

2) Will I need to install Windows and drivers myself?
- We will handle the essential software installation for you. This includes, your Windows operating system, the latest drivers for your hardware and the most updated version of the BIOS (motherboard software). All you need to do when you receive the PC is to plug in the power cord, your peripherals, hook up your monitor and you’re all set!

3) Can my PC connect to Wi-Fi & Bluetooth?
- Yes, your PC will come with onboard Wi-Fi & Bluetooth

4) What is the dimension of the case?
 - 38.5cm (Length) x 18.5cm (Width) x 40.0cm (Height)

5) Are you using single channel or dual channel rams?
- We will be using dual channel rams, so it will be 2 x 8 GB.
