1. Good Sold are not returnable or refunded, unless you received an incorrect item or any factory defected items, otherwise it will not accepted for return.
2. The warranty period starts from the date of PURCHASE.
3. Miscellaneous items included in the packaging does not cover for warranty.
4. If need to return please pack the item on goods safely to avoid any damage during transit. All items MUST be in its original packaging
5. Send your parcel by Singpost, provide your tracking number to us.
6. Both side shipment charge will be paid by buyer for any warranty claim purposes.
7. The warranty does not cover any damages caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse or overload of the product in a manner contrary to accompanying instructions, neglect, alternation, nor does it cover the water or physical damage.
8. We will NOT accept change of mind, not up to user expectations and wrong adapter as reason for refund.
9. For any returns and refunds of laptops, customer come down to our service centre for our technicians to evaluate the condition of the laptop. (No external damage/scratches) .
10. It is the customer's responsibility to back up any data from their laptop/CPU before servicing. We will not be held responsible for any loss of data or files.
